If you’re bored or maybe urgently in need of a fashion item for a special occasion…let’s make something of our unused stuffs. UPCYCLE YOUR OLD FASHION STUFFS !
For the “Virtue” batik collection by estrelita..I made simple details that are actually an upcycled project from a simple bra and big bangles.
You can easily do this at home…and it really doesn’t consume much of your time…Curious to try?
Well..let’s start!
A. ROSSETTE bra
FIRST, prepare the utilities needed
1. Cut the fabric needed to cover your ‘bra’, It can be 3D fabric or maybe lace…whichever suites the theme.
2.Cover your bra using pins then stitch the fabric to the bra with simple basting.
3. VOILA ! you have a new peep out bra you can use for a mix and match outfit.
B. LACE bangles
Prepare the big bangles that can be recycled
1. Pick the lace or fabric to decorate your bangles
2. Use a glue gun to paste the lace unto your old bangles.
3.Decorate the bangles with one or two fabrics
4.VOILA! You have a new set of UNIQUE bangles
